The arrived at the stated time and shrouded the house with tarps before they began the tear off. The men took the old shingles and dropped them in a trailer in the back and a hydraulic dumpster in the front. They did not scattered old shingle in the yard. They checked all the roofing boards to make sure there was no damage. They made sure all the old nails were out or pounded down before they put down the synthetic felt and ice guard. They cut in ridge vents (I did not have them before) and then proceed to place down the new shingles. Everything was done in a professional manner. Afterwards they cleaned up the ground surrounding the house. They used magnets to make sure the nails were picked up.
