THEY ISSUED A CONTRACT WITH AN ADVANCE FOR INSTALLATION OF PAVERS & LANDSCAPING IN MID TO LATE SEPTEMBER 2001. THEY DID NOT START THE WORK UNTIL EARLY NOVEMBER. TELEPHONE CALLS FOR UPDATES OFTEN WERE NOT RETURNED IN SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER. THEY SEEM TO TAKE ON MORE WORK THAN THEY CAN DO AND KEEP TO THEIR PROJECTED SCHEDULE. THEIR WORK IS EXCELLENT WHEN IT DOES TAKE PLACE. THE LANDSCAPING IS AVERAGE.
