They cut the weeds with a lawnmower and within several hours sparsely planted grass seed that they told me was the premium grass seed but when pressed they admitted it was not the premium grass seed.  When asked to fix the bare areas they asked for more money. Will never have them do ANY work for us and we will be having someone else completely re-do the lawn as it was a real hatchet job. The amount of rocks still in the lawn is embarassing. Look elsewhere in Lorain County for other much better providrs of lawncare.

This was the worst, half assed job I have ever seen. At first they told us they were 2-4 weeks behind, when they finally came it was on a friday, the two employees that came talked more than they worked, left a few times and did just about nothing. We still saw a ton of rocks and were not happy. The one employee left his shirt hanging from our gas meter on the outside of the house. It rained the rest of the day and the next. We called them numerous times to see when they would come back. Never got an answer or a call back. We went on vacation a few days later. When we got back we still lnoticed that they hadnt come back (mind you the employees shirt was still on the side of our house.) We called back and told them that we had another landscaper look at it and it looked terrible. The woman on the phone said they would use the rock hound again to get the rocks. Monday came and I awoke to them putting down dirt. I immediately went outside and told them they needed to stop until all the rocks were out. They told me to call their boss. I called him, Chad I believe. He talked to me very rudely, I wasnt a landscaper so I obviously dont understand. I told him that they did a terrible job and it needs to be redone. He kept calling my bf my husband, annoying. I gave my bf his number and they spoke. I got a call back from Chad, who said he was going to come take a look. The two employees that came that day were very nice, stopped when I asked them to and even cleaned of the house as best as they could. Those guys were great, it wasnt their fault, they werent the ones that came over the first day. So Chad came and bascially told me there is nothing they can do, rocks are too small... blah blah blah. He than told me a bunch of bull about how my patio was going to sink it wasnt done right and some other bull. He than told us because of the window on the side of the basement the dirt couldnt be up to the patio in the back(window is on side) He said it was our fault because the patio was up past the waterproofing line. Anyway after he came out the employees were told to do a certain section, they would seed and than leave (Chads words) they did a 30 min job, which was maybe 2 feet in the back, never seeded and left. I am sure its because of Chad. They are back out today (4 days later) and they have used their version of the rock hound. They are now pulling out "boulder" like rocks. Huge Huge rocks. The employees that were here the first time are back, one employee is throwing the racks down, obviously getting mad. The landscaping is not the way we wanted it and they are not trying to make it how we want it. I would never again use this company. Its very unorganized, unproffesional and not being taken care of in a timely fashion. I am highly disappointed and will reccomend people not to use this company ever!!

THE CONTRACTOR HAD NOT PERFORM ANY WORK BY JUNE 30 SO WE CANCELED. THE CONTRACTOR DID REFUND $1000 DOWN PAYMENT. WE CONTRACTED WITH ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE FALL. WE LOST 6 MONTHS OF PLAY-TIME FOR OUR CHILDREN.

"THE SPRING OF 2004 BROUGHT 70 DAYS OF RAIN OUT OF 90. THE WEATHER CAUSED INSTALLING LAWNS DIFFICULT. WITH DAILY RAIN THE GROUND NEVER DRIED. IT IS OUR COMPANYS POLICY TO POSTPONE JOBS IF THEY CANNOT BE DONE PROPERLY."
