Jon Cartwright Heating & Cooling

If I could give Jon Cartwright a A+++ on my overall experience, I would.  When we had a couple of really warm days I turned on my A/C and got only warm air.  I called Jon at 8:49am and he said he would come within the hour, AND HE DID!!!  WOW, that's a first for this homeowner.  I received a proposal on the replacement of my very very old A/C and even older furnace the very next day.  Jon cared about getting me up and running before the warmer weather got here and thankfully mother nature complied.  Jon answered all my questions and even asked before he left if I had any more. 
I highly recommend this top notch company to anyone.  They were professional, courteous and punctual and there is no doubt in my mind that I will be using them in the future.

6/25/2009 My waterproofer recommended Jon to disconnect and reconnect my outside A/C unit. He said he worked with him before. He's dependable, competent, and had the lowest price he could find. Jon showed up at 7:00 am. to disconnect the A/C. He returned at 5:30 pm. reconnected the A/C and checked out the whole system. 5/06/2010 My A/C died and Jon was the last to work on it. I called him in the afternoon and told him I was in no hurry. He was here first thing the next morning and had it fixed in 15 minites. Total cost of both visits $315.00.

He was a real gentleman. He gave us good and did great work. He did everything he could to make us happy.
