John and Ken came to my house and put the furnaces in my basement. I was able to pick out and buy my furnaces that I chose. That was huge because I wanted a goodman furnace. Many contractor would not allow me to pick out the furnace I wanted and just wanted me to use the furnace they provided. I spoke with other companies whose price was more than double the price that John and Ken were charging. the big difference is that the other companies were charging alot of money for the furnaces. I was very happy that I could pick out the furnace that I wanted and was not charged more for the furnace than the actual cost. John and Ken came to my house and put me on the schedule when I called for the service to be done. Some other companies that were charging closer to over $4000 for the same service said because of the time of the year it would cost more. I am thinking their prices didn't go down much during other times of the year. John and Ken did an excellent job and it looks wonderful. I can submit pictures if you want to see. They put the furnaces in and it looks great. Some pipes had to be moved around and we were able to change other pipes around the area just so they would all look like newer pipes. They also didn't require money down before they started. In fact, I did not have to pay them any money until the entire job was completed. They were taking a risk that for some reason they  couldn't finish the job, then they might not get paid for any of their work. They arrive in very nice vehicles that are not banged up or rusty and don't leak oil on the driveway. Their tools are all contained in their vans, they don't have pick up trucks that show all their materials and tools. They made an extremely good impression on me and believe me, that is not easy to do. I have all great things to say about them.
