I was very please with Delta‘s carpet cleaning services, and I would definitely recommend them. They were punctual, professional and very reasonably priced!! Brandon, the gentleman who came out, was great!! He was knowledgable and very courteous. He even helped me remove some paint specs, using his carpeting shears. Thank you! A++

I had some questions and concerns before I scheduled, and Greg spent over half an hour on the phone with me, pleasantly addressing and answering my questions. Michelle, his wife, answers the phone and I had to talk to her a few times to get my schedule set, as I had to make a few changes. She was very friendly and professional. On the day of the cleaning, Greg was prompt, friendly, professional and courteous. I had a unique request for my situation, and he went out of his way to accommodate me. Not only that, but he was completely courteous and professional about it, which is rare today. While he cleaned, he was happy to explain the process, show me the equipment and answer my questions. He completed the work efficiently. The price for the carpet cleaning was more than reasonable, and although the price for the mattress cleaning was high ($100 for 2) I can understand it because he had to do quite a bit of preparation before he came (to heat up the water) and the machine probably is costly. Also, he gave me an honest assessment about which rooms really needed cleaning, even though it lowered his profit because he told me I didn't need them all cleaned. Overall, I'm completely satisfied. I'd definitely hire them again, I'll never go back to the "big name" cleaner.

Michele and Greg are very friendly, professional and through. We have used them for years and they are always able to get our carpets spotless. With a family of 5 and 2 pets, that's amazing! Their pricing is always reasonable.

Greg was great!  Very personable.  Came quickly and fit us in between his larger commercial jobs.  He actually did a lot of the work himself.  He even picked up some area rugs, cleaned them and delivered them back to our house.  All our carpets look great!  Very happy with this service!  You can't go wrong with this company!

Great service by Delta!! Easy to make an appointment through Angie's online. He came promptly at appointed time and talked to me about what he planned to do. I had moved a lot of things out of my living room, but not couches & TV stand. He had furniture sliders that moved furniture with ease all by himself. He used Low Moisture Extraction Carpet Cleaning allowing you to go on carpet right after cleaning. (I have Berber carpet) I have a dog and my carpet had dog smell prior to his visit - he has a great deodorizer and it works great!
He quickly and thoroughly cleaned my carpets and I have a 2 month period where he'll come for free if I spill anything on carpet and need it cleaned up. Could have had 3 rooms done for $99. I definitely recommend!

We have used Delta for years, and we love them more than ever.  Greg and Michelle run a very professional and very thorough business.  They are always punctual, and easy to work with.  Our carpets look and smell great, and their prices are very reasonable.  We can't find fault with anything they do for us.

The team arrived on time, talked with me to reconfirm they understood the services I was expecting, then began work promptly. The carpet in the family room was particularly dirty and when the work was completed, it looked new again. The fabric on the chair had a very musty smell and after the team cleaned it, the smell was gone. Before leaving, they reviewed their work to be sure I was completely satisfied.

The job turned out very nice. I have used them in the past too, and I like them. I like the people that own the company. Their service is great, and they come on time. They are nice people. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
