They are the one that I always use. They are very dependable, and their rates are reasonable. It is owned by just two brothers. They are nice people.

D and R was the contractor sent by American Home Sheild home warranty service for the repair on the furnace. Of course the breakdown occurred on a weekend, and a cold one to boot. He came out earlier then the warranty schedule because of this, and had the furnace repaired the next day. Fortunately I was able to contact Don after looking up his listing on Angie's list, because the home warranty had no listing to go back to. If he wasn't on the List, I probably would've had to wait 2 days for the service. He is a great service provider that I wouldn't have known about without the home warranty; I had 2 other contractors in mind if it wasn't in place.

DON WAS SUPERB. HE WAS EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND PUNCTUAL. HE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO WORK AROUND MY SCHEDULE. HE CAME AFTER HOURS ON TWO OCCASIONS WITHOUT COMPLAINT. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE D and R EVEN AFTER MY HOME WARRANTY EXPIRES.
