Nothing but problems. You have to chase down the owner Brian and he never calls back. I had a post damaged when I had a company remove a tree stump because they went over top of it after telling me they would go around it. I called to bug a post or pay to have someone come out and put new post in. Never got a call back. Do yourself a favor and do not choose this company.

Columbia Fence was called for an estimate and arrived within a few days. Matt did our estimate. He came at the time he said he would come, was extremely thorough and professional. He gave us the estimate that afternoon. Kyle and Billy arrived to install our fence within the time frame that Matt had given us. Kyle and Billy also came at the time Columbia Fence said they would be there. Kyle and Billy, like Matt, were also amazing employees. They were on time, hardworking, very careful in their work, and never took a break. Their work was perfect. They both carried levels in their pocket and everything was level and square. Matt, Kyle, Billy, and the office staff handling the phone were always very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and concerns with great kindness and patience. The customer service was excellent. The cost was exactly as was estimated. The fence looks absolutely wonderful. We wish we could give Columbia Fence a trillion stars. Because we moved here from out of state and know nothing about the area we always check Yelp and Angie’s list for help so this same review appears in both.

Matt and Russell did an excellent job putting up the fence. Cleanup was very good. Am so happy with our fence.

Fencing and gate install were done in a timely manner in June 2017. By the end of June at least 6 of the boards had split. We called 9 times between June and December requesting the boards be replaced. After the 5th call someone did show up, but with the wrong size boards. Said they would reorder and return. They never did. After the 9th phone call we said just bring the cedar boards and we would cut them ourselves. So, in Dec. an office person dropped off the boards. We never received a call from the owner. Our only contact was with someone answering the phone in the office or voice mail.

Work was excellent but slow on returning calls and did not do a good job of cleaning mud off the patio

Some initial confusion over fence type to be installed, but the owner made it right prior to installation. Tam arrived on-time, was polite, and cleaned up after themselves

It took a long time (2 months) from signing a contract till the work started. The work was actually performed in about 3 hours and the new (vinyl) fence appears to be installed well. Clean-up after (except for a small dirt berm under the fence) was good.

Brian and his team were excellent. He was punctual, up front, and told me he was very busy and I may have to wait until he caught up with other jobs. No problem, because I understand schedules and he advised me of this initially. He took care of everything from property survey to permits. Brian was on-site for my install and his team did a great job. Full install of a fence within about 5 hours. It looks better than I expected and Brian made sure I was satisfied with the job. I would absolutely recommend this company again, however, the fence was made and installed so well, I don't think I will need to replace it for a very long time. Brian insisted I contact him if I experienced any future problems and promised to take care of anything, but after a few months, there is nothing that needs attention. Brian was honest and respectable and his crew respected me, my property and neighbors. His price was VERY reasonable and I got a very nice product for the money spent.

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Columbia Fence. When we purchased our house - there was an old privacy fence that was on one side of the property. It was showing its age and falling apart. We wanted to remove that fence and replace it with a new fence that was on all sides of the property. With children and dogs, the fence was a must have for us. Our lot provided a lot of challenges - there are elevation changes, it is wooded, and several neighbors have fences that abut ours. This was one of the larger projects that we have undertaken so a lot of research and time was done on our part to make the right decision. Choosing Columbia Fence was an overwhelming success. We had at least 6 different companies come out to give estimates and their opinions of how to complete our project. Brian was the only person who took the time to identify any potential pitfalls that we may encounter and address those before beginning. Having Brian supervise the crews and work on our project was a huge asset. We chose a cedar fence and also an aluminum fence for a portion of it. So many visitors comment on how great our fence looks - it really adds to our property. Our experience with Columbia fence is overwhelming positive - their prices were fair, they worked quickly and efficiently, and the crew were courteous and they cleaned up the yard when they were through. A great company to work with from the beginning to the end.

Seriously, my wife and I couldn’t be happier. We agreed on a price and Columbia Fence met every expectation. From start to finish, the job was done in one week (and it was done well). I wouldn’t hesitate to use Columbia Fence again.

My neighbors hired this company to build a fence on our property line. They did a good job of constructing the fence, and completed in a timely fashion.

However since we weren't the clients who hired them, they seemed to show us no respect.
In fact they took advantage and use of our yard. Only to gain access to construction from both sides. Tire ruts and dirt was left everywhere. The mess was not cleaned up completely. "Columbia Fencing" parked their vehicles on my property, and piled up the lumber in my yard. Whilst their client(my neighbor) didn't have any lumber nor vehicles on his property being stored. Also their trucks blocked my driveway.

The team of workers were polite, but the Manager/ Supervisor was rude.

In an attempt to fix the problem, the Manager/ Supervisor said he would send guys out to fill the ruts and plant grass. No one ever showed up and that was over a month ago.....   :(

Our family has since had to plant new landscape just to cover up their mess!

They did a terrible job. The fence bows; the fence is too high from the ground to keep any of the dogs safely inside; the owner, Brian told us that this fence would keep my dogs safely inside. They were weeks late arriving, then they didn't complete the job as promised. They were supposed to move a large pile of dirt to fill in low spots and NEVER did. Upon supposed completion of the job, there were NO bottom bars ţo keep my dogs safely inside. I told the foreman, Kevin to have Brian call me. He said he didn't have his number...hmph...yeah, okay, I believe that. Right. I called the company at 5:30 P.M. and Brian answered. I told him how the dogs could push right out of the fence. He tried to say I never requested the bottom bars. I said that my old chain link fence had them, so why would I not expect it? He blamed me. I told him that he's the professional, supposedly, and that's his job in selling me the fence. He saw my dogs. He knew what I needed. I live on St. Rt. 82. I want safety for my pups. He promised to show up on Monday morning at 9 :00 A.M. with additional costs for bottom bars and another option called tension wire. He lied. His foreman, Kevin showed up with only tension wire and added that too the base. It's junk. I asked where Brian was and was told he was too busy. I've called them to enquire when they'd be here to move the dirt. No promises. I was told, "We're really busy. " They weren't busy enough to take full payment from me though which they cashed within 2 hours. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND WILL SHARE MY ABUSE AT THEIR HANDS. UNPROFESSIONAL.

The job was started and finished exactly as stated. Craftsmanship was above average. All of the staff were polite and helpful. Brian, the owner, was accessible and onsite both days during construction.
