BRAK INTERIOR

We had bedroom drapes made by Brak for another home some years back. I wasn't sure he would be available to come to our current area since he had also relocated the business, but after attempting to work with two other local companies, I finally gave Pete a call. We have a large expanse of glass in a master bedroom (slider flanked by glass panels), and wanted ripplefold draperies which the other two companies could not deliver. Where the other companies somehow failed to be able to measure and calculate that the drapes would work without interfering with the register or door handle, Pete with his many years of experience figured it out in no time. We also decided to spend some extra on getting a black-out liner and an upholstered cornice. The installer also did a very nice job.

I contracted with Brak Interiors to sew curtain panels with material I provided.  We discussed and discussed what I wanted but that is not what the final product is. 1 of the curtain panels is not large enough to cover the window. When I called I was told that I got what I ordered, which is technically true. I did get the 3 curtain panels with a order sheet that does not show the exact measurements for the curtains. 



I will NEVER use them again but take some responsibility since I allowed him to leave without providing me a detail written order.  That sent a red flag to me but I ignored it and allowed him to take the material without providing a detail receipt.



I strongly recommend that anyone who does business with this company be sure to get a very detailed order sheet so you will not waste your money as I did.
