FSI DISPOSAL

We have been with FSI for a few years now. Not sure the the exact starting date but estimated above.
Service has always been good up until about 6 months ago.
Now that they have merged with Canfield-Hartley here in town (whom I dropped for this reason over 10 years ago) their usually good service has gone right in the trashcan with my garbage.
Since August we have been missed on the weekly pickup day 3 times and all we get is.. oh well when we call.
So today we are calling around to get a new service starting next week.
FSI had a good thing going and ruined it when they merged with Canfield-Hartley.

No recycling options. No late payment warning if they chose to stop collecting because you forgot to pay a bill (billed every 3 months rather than every month makes it easy to forget when a bill is due), the trash is just still sitting on your curb Monday afternoon.

Their service is THE worst in the area. They are regularly late in collecting, often missing collection times. When they do pick-up, the trash can is either left on it's side or laying in the street. It's extremely difficult to reach them, and when you do, they are rude and obnoxious.
