It occurred at 8 pm , they were here by 10 pm, went great.

Appointment scheduled by Cornerstone on an annual call-up basis. Technicians arrive promptly, conducted inspection, and explained required maintenance. The explanation was clear and easy to understand. There were no surprises. They gave us a sense of confidence. Their track record has been excellent. This dates back five years.

They installed the equipment in one day running wiring through the basement as the generator and electrical box are on opposite sides of the house.

Everything went as planned and agreed to price as quoted. Installed on date stated.

Jim came out to explain how the generator would work for us and described the installation procedure. All went smoothly and we are pleased with the security that a whole-house generator brings. Jim and his son Jim are professional, dependable, and very knowledgeable.

They showed up exactly when they said they would...they called ahead to confirm the appointment...This is a family operation...and they work as a team. Everything they did was first class...installing generators is what they do...so they know what they are doing. Also, they maintain the unit. When we lost power for over a week...I contacted them to let them know that the power had gone out and the unit was running...they checked back in with me to see if it was still running...and then came out and changed the oil. These guys were on top of everything. They return calls quickly and carry most parts for their equipment. They won't tell you to call somebody else. I am thoroughly satisfied with the company and the generator. I researched carefully before I chose this company...there were no disappointments here. I would recommend them to everyone. They are hardworking and honest...never a regret! One more thing that I really like about my unit, I have a panel with a red light inside of my house that tells me my unit is functioning properly...it tests itself at the same time every week. No other company offered such a panel. I like that I don't have to go outside to see if things are Ok with this unit...the panel tells me everything I need to know! One more reason to do business with Cornerstone Home Energy!

Arrived when they said they would, prepared the generator's platform, installed a new feed line, breaker box and circuit breakers for the generator, installed the generator, added the gas line to the generator, tested the system, ensured that the circuits were fully operational explained the operation and maintenance of the system and cleaned up afterwards When I saw an error condition show up on the system some months later, they came quickly, analyzed the situation found that the computer had malfunctioned, was under warranty and installed a replacement very quickly (with an extended warranty). I am very happy with the entire process and would recommend this company without reservation

Did an excellent prompt installation. After 2 & 1/2 years system has performed perfectly without any problems. Jim from the company has phoned periodically to make sure every thing is ok. This is a family business that takes care of everything without the hassle of subcontractors. I recommend this company highly.

They went into great detail of how it would benefit our home. We run quite a bit of our home off of our furnace. We use alot of energy. They did a survey of all we use in the home and how it would benefit us. They explained how it would start up. Everything is fine. I had a choice of running the electrical through the basement, but decided to run it outside. They did such a good job that you can't see the conduit. We are very pleased.

They came & gave an estimate with a discount, offered quick financing with many options, including 90 days same as cash. The day they arrived they dug out a place it was full of limestone, once it was clear they laid a concrete pad. Then the proceeded to put the generator in, one man worked on running the wires, finding our what went where and he unexpectedly had to rewire the breaker box. Then once he had the generator breaker box set up he started running the wires of the things we wanted on this generator. The whole time 2 other men were running a gas line from inside my home to the generator, through a finished ceiling in my down stairs family room. They also requested permission to fix a few things that were not correct in my furnace room. It took the whole day but when they left I had hardly any clean up just a little insulation in the furnace room behind a door they had missed and there was alot of cutting going on all day. They cleaned up everything. It was an all day light to dark job because my wiring was a mess. They were so nice to fix things they weren't paid to fix. The generator became a life saver as in July we lost power for 3 weeks.
