Problem: Condensation from the humidifier and/or the air conditioner coils had leaked into duct work, the floor, and the ceiling and wall of a neighbor's garage below. The 17-yr old furnace/ac system needed replaced along with additional work to repair the soaked ducts, floor boards, garage wall and ceiling. This problem needed corrected, not patched as this had happened two other times during the past 15 years. Solution: I called B & B Sons regarding a new furnace and air conditioning system. I received a thorough explanation regarding a possible solution to avoid future water damage. Due to the space constraints imposed by the location of the unit, installation was not an easy task. With a new furnace/ac system, a little giant condensate pump with a safety shut-off was also installed. There was not any oversell, no pressure to buy unneeded items. All installation completed by the B & B Sons crew were conducted with diligence and in a timely manner as other repairs needed to be completed in the middle of the tear out of the old unit and installation of the new system. The B & B Sons crew was professional, patient, polite, focused, immaculate and organized. I highly recommend them!!

Great experience. I live in an old home with hot water heat and no prior air. Jeff came out a day after I called and gave us an estimate on the spot. About a week later Jeff and his crew came out to the house. It took about 2 and 1/2 days and they installed a air unit with duct work in the attic. Jeff recommended that we go with an attic unit with duct running to the hall and all rooms upstairs with no duct to the first floor. Instead, the cold air would naturally sink and a air mover upstairs would cycle out the hot. I was nervous about this set up but Jeff was 100% correct. The unit in the attic has managed to cool the whole house. AS a result of Jeff's advice we saved a lot of money. He and his crew were nice, professional, and timely.
