WELCOME HOME MOVING & SETTLING IN SERVICES

The team was amazing! On moving day - they took donated all items we no longer needed, handled anything that wasn't donation worthy getting thrown away, packed everything we were taking with us and got everything set up in the new house. The entire crew did a great job!

Maria and 4 other ladies packed my entire 4 bedroom house (including garage and basement) in 7 hours. They knew exactly how to pack up even odd shaped items. All the moving boxes were well labeled which made unloading the truck and unpacking a lot easier. Not one of my belongings was broken when I unpacked. Maria and crew were professional, friendly and timely. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I though it was going to take a longer time than it did because it was only two guys and it was a hot day. It only took them three hours. I was really impressed.

Overall, it went very well. All the staff were very nice, understanding of my mother's concerns, and were willing to do anything they could to help get her belongings put away. The only complaint I had was that it was a rainy day, but they didn't do anything to protect my carpets as they brought the furniture/boxes into my house. Because 2 sofas, a overstuffed chair, and a queen sized bed had to go downstairs, they carried these items around the house and in the back sliding glass doors. The guys got mud on the carpet, but one of the ladies was great about cleaning it up. I just had to wash a small area rug afterward. I received a call from Josette the next day asking how I felt about the move and their service; I gave her my feedback regarding the carpets.

We had a wonderful experience with Welcome Home. They were professional, efficient, responsive and friendly. Everything was moved safely and without damage and they took extra care to reassure my elderly mother who was moving. I would strongly recommend their service.
