When we joined Angie's List as a subscriber, the interviewer who signed us up asked if we wanted to name any service provider who we knew to be Ai, and T.H.E. was the only one we gave details about. I've hired this company before for exterior services related to our roof, siding, skylights and more. I've used them because I know I can rely on them and the honest service they provide. I've never had any difficulties of any kind with them or their service and I highly recommend them to anyone.

They made repair to a sheet metal valley on the roof. There is still a leak. They have not returned calls.

The workers showed up as scheduled and phoned ahead to let me know they were on their way. The owner came with them and gave the proper instructions to the two workers, a lead man and a helper trainee, before leaving. The workers were skilled enough to do the job well. When I asked questions or provided additional instructions, the workers responded in a cooperative and pleasant manner.
