+ -1 moreI called the company and explained my problem. Since the work all needed to be done outside, we didn't schedule a specific time for him to come to my house. He said he would be able to come repair it within a few weeks which was fine with me. He did come and repair the roof within 2 weeks and left the bill in my mailbox. I have not had any leaks (it has been 3 months) since he re-caulked the roof. I'm not sure how competitive his price is compared to others which is the only reason I've marked it as a B.
Description of Work: The roof of my sunroom was leaking. The roof is actually three panels of metal over insulation over metal and the panels are joined together, then the joints are covered by a small plastic piece of trim and then the edges of the trim pieces are caulked. As well, the sunroom is attached to the house and the roof and the side joints are also caulked. I ask Ron Morris to re-caulk all the roof seams and check the caulking on all the other joins. He actually replaced the trim over the three roof joints with a wider piece of trim and re-caulked all of that.
