We found them on Angie's List.  They did excellent work and they were timely.  They did a good detailed work.  They were professional.  We are very happy with the job also.  They had sub assemblies that they had to build on their plan.  We tried to get them to time their appearances with the carpeting team, so they wouldn't be bumping into each other and complement each others work.  It worked out fine.  They were timely in that manner.  As of now, the workmanship is like that we have touched bases with the old rails.  They did an excellent work.

They were thorough and tried to give me the best option without having to replace the whole rail. The company problem solved and they weren't make-shift at all; they are high quality. They were very flexible with their time and it worked out great.

I called and explained my situation to them. It was kind of an emergency situation. They came out and gave an estimate which was very fair. They told me (on Thurs) it takes about 3 weeks for the install but they were here the following Monday to install it. They put it in the exact way I wanted it. It is very sturdy. I am overwhelmed by their service and their courtesy. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I would recommend them to anybody.

THERE WERE SEVERAL ERRORS NOTICED BY ME AFTER WORK WAS DONE. AFTER MULTIPLE CALLS WITH THEM, THE RECEPTIONIST ONLY SAYS, "WE DON'T KNOW WHEN WE WILL GET AROUND TO IT". TWO OF MY OTHER BUILDERS HAVE TRIED TO TALK TO THEM, BUT NO LUCK. NO MESSAGES NEVER GET PAST HER. I STILL OWE 50% OF THE COSTS TO THEM. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I WAS HAPPY TO FIND THEM BECAUSE IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND SOMEONE TO DO THIS KIND OF WORK. THEY WERE NICE TO WORK WITH.
