+ 1 moreMy 90 yearold mother was unable to get to the bathroom or her bed while it took at least 2 months for this company to even respond to many pleading calls for service. No disabled person deserves to be treated this way.
Description of Work: This company is in business to service/ install/ and repair electric stair lifts for the handicapped. After having used this service a couple of times where used parts were used for repairs, the stair lift completely broke down.Even though the owner of the company knew that my 90 year old mother was not able to get upstairs to the bathroom or her bedroom, he didn't return calls from all members of my family for over 2 months. I eventually had to call another company that responded quickly, I will not ever get over the lack of professionalism (not to mention the lack of compassion) that this company exhibited. Do NOT trust the health of your loved one to this company.
