Trees were removed and stumps ground without damage to anything in surrounding area. Guy also walked the yard and confirmed the other trees were still in good shape, nothing more needed to be done immediately. He removed a small ornamental tree that had died that I was going to handle myself - saving me some time and effort. Everything was cleaned up and taken away.
I've used Guy's services for several years and always been happy with the results - this time was no exception. Because he's good and reasonably priced, he does have a waiting list and the wait can be a while. He shows up when it is your turn, mostly without any notice. If that's an issue, he's not your "guy". I would (and have) highly recommend him.
Bill was as expected from the estimate, no add-ons.

Very professional but the main thing was the service beyond the actual removal. They came back and laid sod where stump was, not once but twice because they did not have enough sod the first time. Would recommend to anyone

Wonderful to work with, here on time, cleaned up all the mess. Was very careful with the pear tree close to house to make sure no damage done to house while taking it down. Guy brought in his 'wood chipper', so there was no pieces to pick up... Guy and his helper worked non stop. Very professional, prompt and reasonable. We would not hesitate to use them again and would recomend them to our friends.

The day they came to do the work they were on time and ready to start. I've never seen three people work so hard as they did. It took about 6-8 hours. They removed 1 tree, Cobra banded my large oak and trimmed it. Then trimmed about 5 total trees and did a few "extras" at no cost. When they were all done they cleaned up and you couldn't tell they were even there. I recomend them and I will call them 1st anytime I need a tree service in the future.

Guy Fortner and his helper came and removed the two trees and all the debris and wood on Sept 28. They came back on Oct 7 to remove the stumps and all the debris associated with the removal. I also asked if he would grind up and take away some limbs and branches that had accumulated. He did so and didn't want any additional money. Overall, they did a great job left and behind no mess whatsoever. I'd definitely use them again.

I completely rely on Fortner and Sons for this kind of work. They do excellent work, are cost effective, and dependable. They are very reasonable.
