They said i'd pay $250 for the services plus I had a $50 off coupon. The provider did the work and it looked as bad as it did before he started the work. Said he couldnt get it cleaned because his water hose broke. It's not clean at all, although the surface of the tile is polished nicely. They also sucked up little bits of grout out of the floor. that wasnt even loose before. Now theres holes in between the tile so its damaged and also not cleaned. I speak to the boss and he give the excuse that their equipment was made to clean large tile. I wasted money and time since I had to take off work. They charged me $180 for the service at the end.

Everything went very well from setting up a time to the service provided.  They were able to get stains out that I have been trying to remove with other products and services for years.  Very quick and professional.

I can not say enough about this company. I called at 8am. They were at my house by 2pm same day. He came back on Saturday to continue the process of drying out my basement. He called before every visit, when he was on his way. He showed up when he said he would. He is knowledgeable and an expert. I have used this company to clean my carpets in the past as well. It is always a top notch job. Professional, honest. Quick response. I will continue to use this company for all my carpet needs

Excel provided excellent service from promptly contacting me to schedule an estimate after a message from Angie's so list was sent, to being on time to do the job to the job itself.  Greg explained why the carpet had stretched the way it did so soon after it was installed.  I waited almost four years to have the carpet stretched after it began to buckle.  After the service was provided you can't tell there was ever a problem.  I would definitely recommend Excel Carpet Services.

Came and measured the room and quoted me a price. After I agreed he proceeded to clean the carpet.  Got out stains that a larger company had previously claimed could not be removed.  Also removed rust stains from carpet where furniture was sitting.  Did a great job and the carpet looks and smells like new!!

Went well. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that they didn't warn me the carpets would bubble up  after cleaning. When I called them,  they explained that it happens and will return to normal after it dries. It did dry and the carpet returned to normal. So everything was fine. I am very pleased with the job they did and will be having them place carpet in our basement soon.

Very well.  I needed carpet to be installed on a new concrete floor of a newly constructed All Season Room.  I purchased inexpensive carpet and padding for temporary placement to cover a cold cement floor.  I found the All Season Room was comfortably warm and decided to have the carpet permanently put down.  The Excel Co. was found on Angies list and they returned my call within 24hr's.  The gentleman was friendly, professional and did an excellent job and (no nicks in the baseboard!).  I would use this company again.

It was just before Thanksgiving and we were expecting out of town guests. Our area rugs needed cleaning desperately, as our dogs had just been ill for a few days. We called Excel Carpet and they were very accomodating. The rugs were picked up and delivered when promised and looked great! We also had carpet cleaned and it looked great, also! Excel is very professional and overall, as disrupting as the process can be, especially before a holiday, it was a very good experience, Thank you Excel!

We are very happy with the results of this service. When we called for an appointment , one was set up immediately for the following week.  The service provider arrived on time and the results were great.  This carpet was in terrible condition.  It had survived two dogs and a remodel and was very dirty.  We were amazed at the results.  It looks like a new carpet.  We intend to have him back every year.  Thank you Angies List!

They were supposed to be at my house at 8:30, but about 10 minutes after that, I got a phone call from one of the owners saying that the person who was supposed to clean my rugs had a family emergency.  He apologized, and said that he was coming over to do the job rather than cancel the appointment.  It ended up that he and the other owner did the entire job.  They did a great job-very thorough, friendly, and professional-even though I'm sure that this was not on their agendas for the day.  I would recommend them hghly.

Excel did a very good job of cleaning our carpet.  The carpet had pretty bad stains and it looks great now!  He did a much better job of cleaning it than any other carpet cleaning service I had previously used.  He put a lot of elbow-grease into it, making sure he got every stain out.  I am very happy with the service & will surely use them again.  I feel like my money was very well spent.
