"This customer had water coming thru the brick into her bathroom.As it dried white efflorense was deposited on the out side of her brick wall. I told her she had to get the water leak repaired, She asked me how to repair it. I told her to ask the contractor that remolded the inside where it was leaking. I also told her that the white on the outside would come back if we cleaned it with out having it repaired. She told me she spent 10K to remodel and it should't leak. I think she was mad about that. She was faxed an estimate to clean the white off the bricks on 9/10/08. I told her I would not clean it until she could show me the leak was fixed since we would have to put alot of water on the wall. Later she called an said her fax was down. I sent it again. Never heard back. I think she wanted me to clean it. Get water on the inside so she could hit my insurance co, for more repairs in her 1901 brick house."
