Great. System passed next inspection with no problems

Every Ace employee I've dealt with has been courteous and professional, from the office staff to the field techs. The work was done on schedule, and I am confident that our septic system will pass health department inspection.

I was so pleased with Ace Sanitation. My service guy JJ was professional, listened to my concerns that my tank be pumped and clean to pass inspection and carried out the work wonderfully. I had to have them come out to correct work that wasn't done properly by another company and I feel confident the job was done correctly. I inspected the tank myself and JJ was great at explaining the system and how it works. I will definitely be using Ace Sanitation in the future. They did the work right and the price was great.

This all started in Jan 2014 with all the snow.  The Hamilton County Inspector stops by to inspect my system.  With three inch's of snow on the ground.  I pay the 85.00 amount for the inspection.  Second inspection I get half off the cost due to my service agreement with Ace.  Third inspection I get a letter from a prosecuting attorney to have the work completed by June 15, 2014.
On Tuesday I delivered this notice from Joseph T. Deters office to Ace Sanitation.   Communication as to what needs to be done has been very difficult.  I have called weekly trying to understand the delay.  I am told we are waiting for the new Riser.  The problem to repair my riser is that it is old.  Dirt is coming in so I need to raise the riser 6 inches.  Can this be fixed?
The weather has been a real problem.  Snow, Ice, Rain and three inspections latter I am amazed at how long this has taken.  The septic system works but I need a new riser. 
Please help.

During a recent Hamilton County inspection of our system, it was discovered that our motor had malfunctioned. I called ACE based on location and Angie's List rating. I spoke to a helpful woman on the phone who asked some questions and explained that the motor currently in our system is against code. I called Hamilton County and confirmed this to be true. Unfortunately, we had this incorrect motor put in by a different company not even 1.5 years prior. Paul from ACE came out and replaced the motor with one that is appropriate for our system. Shortly after, we noticed that the motor kept tripping. Paul came out again and replaced the circuit-breaker (inexpensive) with one more compatible with the new motor. We were not charge for the second service call. In addition to the service, he explained in detail how the system worked and gave maintenance advice, both of which were helpful.

Very Well. The service man showed up on time as promised. Was very good at explaining what is happening with the septic system and made recommendations for the future.

Gave some tips for maintenance and keeping the tank up for the next 5 years. They did a good job, and we would definitely use this company again.

SERVICE WAS QUICK (SAME DAY). THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME WAS POLITE, WELL-DRESSED, AND COMPETENT. NEIGHBORS INQUIRED ABOUT PUMPING SO HE DID BOTH AND REDUCED EACH BILL $10.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL, I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. THEY WERE HONEST. THEY CHARGED ME LESS BECAUSE MY TANK WAS NOT FULL. THEY WERE RUNNING A LITTLE LATE BECAUSE OF THE RAIN, BUT THEY CALLED TO LET ME KNOW AHEAD OF TIME. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RELIABLE AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
