WILD BILLS' CARPET

We had a great experience with them. They were great. They came in and they did the job quickly. It looks phenomenal. They also had the exact tile that we were looking for.

I probably won't be using WILD BILLS' CARPET again. I have no problems with the carpet itself but the install was bad. They showed up with the wrong pads and were going to delay the install by two or three days in order to go back to the shop and pick up the correct pads. I wasn't real thrilled with them. The price was decent.

everything went on very smoothly. I got the carpet when I was told I would and had it installed, when I they said it would.
everything went perfect.

Very well - carpet was priced well - installed and measured as agreed to. So far after a few years the carpet is still in good shape and no install issues after they left.

The experience went well. They had a good choice of material.

A couple days after we hired him Wild Bill called, asking if we were removing the carpet ourselves. If not, it would be an extra $60. There is a notice on the back of the sales form stating this, but since we discussed everything in the store, it was a bit of a surprise that the quoted priced didn't "include everything." After all, if they'd have to remove a piano, the carpet couldn't come up. I didn't like it, but agreed anyway and chalked it up to miscommunication, but if you use them you should ask questions about things like this. They arrived on Sunday, but very late. They were quick, though, and put all the old carpet out at the curb, in small pieces so the trash collectors would take it.

Wild Bills carpet had people that installed the carpet, but they failed to cut the carpet in one spot and in a couple spots it didn't seem like it was tacked down properly. When we called Wild Bills carpet the same day, we were told by the owner, Wild Bill, that they would contact us, but he didn't seem overly concerned and insisted that the installers could not return the same day because they were on the East side of Cleveland, when we knew that they had a job South of us in Medina. We knew from going through the purchasing process that Wild Bill wasn't the greatest at returning phone calls, and like we assumed, we never received a call back. Every time we contacted the company, Wild Bill would answer the phone and we didn't even want to attempt to deal with him again. We even tried contacting them through email, but never received a response back.

Picking out the carpet at Wild Bill's was a good experience. They were very helpful and knew when to leave us alone to talk and decide. Installers were on time, very courteous and did a great job. We were doing the bedroom switch and they had no problem moving the bedroom furniture from one room to another and asked were I wanted it so I didn't have to move it again. They cleaned up after they were finished. Carpeting looks great!

WE WENT INTO THE SHOWROOM AND SPOKE WITH BILL HIMSELF. HE IS A VERY PLEASANT AND FUNNY MAN. WHEN ASKED IF HE WAS 'WILD' HE SAID ONLY IN THE MORNINGS, HE GETS TOO TIRED IN THE AFTERNOONS! HE AND OUR SALES ASSOCIATE WERE EXTREMELY NICE, HAD US TAKE A COUPLE OF CARPET SWATCHES HOME SO WE COULD GET A BETTER IDEA OF COLOR AND STYLE. THEY WERE NOT PUSHY WHICH IS VERY NICE. WE DEFINITELY WOULD RETURN.
