I had lost my TV power cord while moving and couldn't find it, so I had to find a replacement part. Since it was an older TV, I wasn't sure I would find the right cord. Through calling Sony, Best Buy and several other companies, none of them had the answer for me. After calling Wellman and Griffith, he said he had something that would work and would GIVE IT TO ME FOR FREE. In today's day and age, this is absolutely unheard of. The TV power cord worked and am I very thankful he helped me solve this problem.
I also just purchased a brand new surround sound system that I hoped would work with my TV. Well after connecting it, it didn't. After, again, calling Sony, Best Buy, several other stores and researching it on the internet, I found out that my older TV simply couldn't connect to the new Bose surround sound system. After calling Wellman and Griffith, in a matter of 2 minutes, he provided me with a simple solution. Voila, I tried it and it worked.
