The tech came out on time and explained everything. He had his mask on at the door before he came in. He fix the problem in no time. I will be using this company again this summer when its time for a AC tune up.

Excellent. They are timely. they are clean. They communicate effectively of whatever the situation is.

An easy job was called for to remove some old, unused pipe. The technician misdiagnosed the problem and removed much more than was needed, including active pipe. He then replaced the part that was needed. However, we were charged for the entire work. We had to call back to correct the problem with the tech. To be fair, he did. But the entire experience was shaky.

It was good everything was checked and we hadn't had any problems since.

Buyer beware: I was charged an $89 “service call” fee when no service was performed. I called this company for HVAC and plumbing issues, which I still have. After they visited, I expected a summary and/or recommendation in writing, especially since I could not be at the house when they came. Only after a great deal of back & forth with an accounting person, did they finally tell me that they couldn’t figure out the problems at my house. I explained that $89 seems way too high for that, but they refused to drop or reduce the charges. The 5 different people I dealt with at this company were all incredibly unprofessional and slippery. I would name them but they are very stingy with giving out names (another red flag). I am shocked that there aren’t many negative reviews of this company. Maybe they used to have some integrity, but have gone downhill?

It went very well. The sales rep arrived on time. He spent time assessing the current installation requiring replacement. I was given several options of comfort systems to choose from ,and was told that the best unit is the one that suits the costumer needs. The team installing the unit was actually a little early, which was great, because he began dismantling the old unit by the time the delivery team and other workman arrived to deliver the new unit and assist in completing the project. They finished an hour or so prior to the projected tie frame they originally advised. I will refer them to friends and family and use them again. SLH Shaker Heights

I found the organization to be helpful and positive to work with during the evaluation process. The installation (in early Nov) and results to date have also been positive. I would recommend working with Hahn on a system replacement or new install project. RGC

Technicians were prompt, professional and responsive to needs. They recommended a wifi capable thermostat. This was a very wise move. I can tell Siri on my Apple devices and regulate temperatures from different rooms in the house.

Great we set they install date for Sept. 6, 2017. They were here at 7AM sharp and finished at 4:30PM. We have they best service tech in the world Donnie he has been the service tech for hour home a few years he help us to understand what would be best for our home. W.F. It was a pretty typical price. I looked at all companies could install carrier then look at Angies list for best grouping and rating. They sent two people on each thing. One did water heater and other two did the HVAC.

We have an agreement where they come for the air conditioning in the Summer and the heating in the Winter.  They charged the cost of a filter.  It's usually something to do, we're paying for that call, so we don't pay for the call.  They keep our filters and the dehumidifier type of thing going and clean.  They're over all very good and very reliable and their people stay with them pretty well too which is an indicator I think.  They're very personable.  We call them for any plumbing kinds of things, too.  I am convinced that the maintenance agreement with Hann extended the life of our original air conditioning unit, what do you call it, condenser or something.  What it might normally be it was 32 years, so, and that was because  they came out they cleaned junk off of it and they replaced some wiring and so you know yeah, they've saved us some money.  They're very, we started out with a company here in Mentor and he helped us a lot early on and then he sold his business to Hann, so, we've just continued with them.  He did his diligence and  found a replacement for us and yeah they're really good, they cover the whole are pretty much.  I think they're located somewhere like Soland, which is a ways away but they, the guy said come here from there often live here, so.  Just that it's been several years, many years actually, and we've been nothing but please with their service, so.

Accurate diagnosis of situation. Was an electrical problem in the conduit needing an electrician to troubleshoot wiring to the breaker box. Turned out to be corroded wire/disconnect where wiring enters garage. I asked Hann & Sons to recommend an electrician, they did, and they too were very reliable, accurate and fair.
