They did not arrive on time. Scratched my hardwood floor dragging a heavy shower pan down the hall. They did not install the the corner seat properly and the shelf fell off the wall 10 minutes after they left. They were in no hurry to correct the situation. We had to wait more than a month for new parts. When they finally did fix the problems, there was a 3" stain around the seat where it had been originally glued in place with construction adhesive, 3" too high. The installer said he scrubbed it as much as he could and then told me "it would probably fade with time". Perhaps if they had come and undone the mistakes immediately instead of waiting a month for the parts, there would have been no stain. The plumbing was also re-installed incorrectly.
