 + -1 moreSince I have my checking and savings with US Bank, I contacted them regarding a home loan. I called and left messages several times( no one available all the times I called) and stopped at 2 branches. I had nearly completed my loan process with someone else, and bought my house before anyone even called me back from US Bank!!
Description of Work: They did nothing for me because I couldn't get anyone to respond.

 + -1 moreWe never missed a payment. When I was laid off, I contacted them to see if I could work out a new payment plan. They told me I would have to keep up payments or they would foreclose.
