Everything went very well. I went for 3 different estimates, which were pretty close in price. Their estimate was just a tad bit more than the other two, but the owner was down to earth and seemed very honest. He came straight out and told me what needed to be done and that was that! He also helped me work with the insurance companies and the car rental. He was very helpful and informative. He wasn't just out for money, he was actually out to please and help the customer!! We had our 2012 Dodge Caravan fixed in Nov. of 2012 which was damaged from a trampoline blowing into our yard and bouncing off of our van, and we had my daughter's 2012 Chevy Sonic's bumper replaced from an accident in Feb. of 2013. Both jobs were done to perfection! What he said, is what he did, no ifs, ands, or buts about it!
We will definitely use Universal for any other auto body repairs we may encounter in the future!Licensing
