THE OVERALL CONSTRUCTION OF THE GARAGE SEEMS SOLID, BUT THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS LACKING. THE GUTTERS WERE NOT MOUNTED FLUSH WITH THE FASCIA BOARD SO WATER IS RUNNING BETWEEN THE GUTTERS AND FASCIA WHEN IT RAINS. THE DRAINAGE FOR THE GUTTERS IS AWKWARD, THE PIPES CLOGGED AND WERE NOT EASILY ACCESSIBLE FOR SNAKING. THE LATCH AND BOLT ON THE MAIN DOOR WERE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. THE THRESHOLD ON THE DOOR DOES NOT SIT FLUSH. A PIECE OF DECORATIVE TRIM FELL OFF. THE GATE POST WAS NOT PROPERLY SET, THE GATE LEANED AND EVENTUALLY DID NOT OPERATE CORRECTLY. WHEN CONTACTED TO COME AND FIX THE GATE, THE COMPANY CAME AND REMOVED THE POST AND GATE, BUT NEVER RETURNED TO REPAIR THEM.
