On the phone and in person, I was treated very well. The expectations and education that I needed in order to take care of everything was good.

We are happy with their service. It is convenient, the manager is easy to work with, and the trucks are always clean.

I called about 2 weeks in advance to reserve a truck and a dolly. They promised me that those itmes would be available on that day. Being the last weekend of the month, it was very busy when I arrived, but the line was handled very well and we were apologized to for the wait. The truck was in excellent condition - even the heater worked. The dolly helped us move many items ourselves so the movers didn't have to move them while moving the larger, heavier items. Dropping off the truck was also very smooth. Although we had the option to turn over the keys and leave with the final bill being emailed to me, I opted to stay through the check-in. The mileage and gas level was checked and I had my receipt in only a few minutes.
I was very impressed with this U-Haul site. I would go to them to rent any trucks I might need in the future. I thought the price was very fair and the employees at the site were very professional and friendly.

They are good. I would use them in the future.

I called two weeks ago to reserve a trailer to take my son to college. The woman I spoke with was rude and not very helpful as I described what items I needed to take with us. I finally settled on a 5' x 8' trailer. I was nervous to begin with as I was moving my son by myself. A week before I was to pick up the trailer, I called to request a smaller trailer. This gentleman was rude and again acted as if I was stupid (I am when it comes to how much will fit in a trailer). He convinced me to stay with the 5' x 8'. Today U-Haul left me a message. I was going to receive a 6' x 12' at their Cleveland Heights facility tomorrow instead of the 5' x 8'. I called her back and explained that I was a single mother moving my son and could not tow a 6' x 12' trailer. She was also rude and said she would find me a 5' x 8' trailer to pick up but it could be somewhere in a 50 mile radius of my home. I was so appalled by their apathy and rudeness that I cancelled and got a vehicle from another company.

There is a wonderful woman who works here who has always been very helpful. I come here whenever I need to move, partly because it's always the closest place to go, but I've never been dissatisfied. I think it's $20.00 for the base rate, but with the gas and mileage it costs about $60.
