TUTHILL'S CANTERBURY FLORIST

My sister-in-law (SIL) in Augusta GA ordered flowers for my 50th birthday from the FTD web site.  Though there are numerous FTD florists within 5 miles of my house in Bedford Hts, the FTD order was assigned to Tuthill's Flowers, Inc. in Euclid, Ohio (almost 30 miles away).  On the evening of December 16, 2014, my SIL texted to ask if I received the flowers.  I had not, so I checked my front door to see if there was a sticky note left stating an attempt was made to deliver flowers.  On my dark porch, to my horrific and terrifying surprise, there sat a windblown half dead and wilted floral arrangement in a box sitting on my porch in the cold, wind, and rain.  Out of 50 years on this earth, I had never heard of a florist leaving a flower delivery outside on someone's porch -- especially in the cold and rain.  I sent pictures of this disaster to my SIL who was so upset because this arrangement (for obvious reasons) looked nothing like the flower arrangement she has ordered off of the FTD web site.  The arrangement had unbloomed lily and carnation flowers and roses , and the edges of some of the roses were already wilted and some turning brown.  The purple rose was limped over the side of the vase.  The only thing Tuthill's got right was the red vase that appears in the "FTD Birthday Wishes Bouquet" image on the web site.  My SIL immediately contacted FTD about the horrific product, and was informed by a non-English speaking person that she would need to work through Tuthill's to remedy the problem.  FTD rep stated that Tuthill's would have to pick up the arrangement from me, however my SIL informed FTD who informed Tuthill's that I would be leaving to go out of town for 10-days starting on December 18.  FTD told my SIL that Tuthill's was supposed to call me to make arrangements to pick up the arrangement, however, I never heard anything from Tuthill's prior to departing out of town on December 18.  When I returned to town on Dec 29, there were no messages on my voicemail nor any numbers on caller ID from Tuthill's.  When I called Tuthill's on December 30, the lady I spoke with said the owner was out delivering an order and would contact me.  I still have yet to hear anything from Tuthill's.
