While they were performing the oil change and tire inspection they found a broken bracket underneath the car.  They went ahead and replaced it for me.  I have been going to them since 1992 because they are trustworthy, friendly, and they go the extra mile.

The service is excellent. I know that I spent less than $50 for the service. I give them high ratings on all counts and will use them again.

It went very smoothly. I stopped in on my way to work, the cashier wrote up the service order and gave me a price estimate. I asked them to call only if they found something wrong--this was basic maintenance and I didn't expect they would. I stopped back on my way home-- I work downtown and the station is on a bus route that goes downtown--and picked up my car. The completed service order showed everything that was done, included a note that my brakes were down to 90%, price was as agreed. A new twist: a thank-you note left for me in the car, and a $5.00 off next service coupon on the reminder sticker.

They take the customer seriously, and as a woman who always goes in alone with my car, I appreciate that. If I am taking it in just for maintenance, they?ll do the checks, and if there are recommendations, they will tell me. As my car got older and started to have more trouble, they would advise me on what they could do, and if there were things that were more complex - or if the parts were harder to get - they would advise me to take it to the dealer. They also give me an idea of how long I should expect various parts to last so that I can make a decision whether or not to have them replaced. I leave a list of things with them that I think would need repair, and the service manager would check it out, take the car for a test drive, and then call and tell me what he thinks. He will give me a break down of the cost to get my approval before they do any work.
