Its hard for us to service a customer thats wants your item cheaper,cheaper and then 50% of cheapest price. Room A is 15 by 14 with closets 210sqft Room B is 15 by 13.9 with closets 210sqft Hall 7 by 8 plus closet carpet sold as (12 by 7)84sqft Multiplying length ×wide is not that simple when using carpet manufacted in 12ft width and require professional layout. Job is quoted 504sqft which include some waste usually under 10%. If carpet was installed in bedrooms only with No closets or hallways the sqft would be 360sqft. If add 2 walk in closets and hallway the additional sqft required to complete job is 140sqft extra. picking a high end carpet that has a pattern match or looped fibers , carpet seams need to eliminated or kept to a minimum. We are not in business to give away 200sqft in free materials or labor. We provide free estimates and think it rude to write a negative review when dont like the price. To get maximum life of carpets need to have proper cleaning and maintenance. Maintenance includes restreching carpets every 1 to 5 years need it or not. It was great!  The sales staff provided a lot of helpful information on the carpet, they offered a no frills sales experience, and the carpet itself is of a very high quality.  Furthermore, the people taking the measurements and doing the installation were very knowledgeable and even put the home's doors back on their hinges after completing the work which is something a previous company didn't do at all.
