It went well. He is professional and does amazing work. He was very neat. Not only did he vacuum up the shavings of wood, he mopped it as well.

He did great and high quality work. He is the best craftsman I have ever used and I will use him for all of my home projects in future.

Some of the work was done in good weather and some in freezing cold weather. Pete, the owner/ workman, always showed up on time, always worked very hard and on some very difficult portions, was always pleasant and in a good mood even when the work or weather was difficult. He was very accommodating with everything we asked of him. The quality of his work was excellent.

My only negative opinion is that I felt sometimes his charges were to high because he doesn't charge by the hour or by the job. He charges a flat rate per day, and sometimes the day is less than eight hours of work. He has the same day rate for easy type work as for very difficult work. I don't know if he has half-day charges for smaller jobs.

I would highly recommend Trademark Carpentry for the excellent quality of service. Each customer can judge for himself on the cost of service quoted.

He is honest and extremely relieable and a pleasure to work with. He is very thorough and if there are any problems, he will clearly explain any changes in the costs.

The job went well. He finished when he projected that he would.

He gives a very clear estimate and he is very punctual. He always starts and finishes the job when he says he will. He is really responsible, fair, and a joy to work with.

This is the second time I have used them. They were very punctual. They originally told me it would take about 1 day to do the work. He called again later to tell me that he had come up with a better method of doing the work that would make it only a half day job. They cleaned up very well. He was very good about returning my calls.

HE CAME AND LOOKED AT THE JOB, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND I SIGNED A CONTRACT. HE SCHEDULED TO DO THE JOB, HE CAME AND TORE UP THE CURRENT RAILING AND JUST LEFT IT. I CALLED TO ASK HIM ABOUT FINISHING IT AND HE SAID HE SAID HE WAS WILLING TO COME AND LOOK AT THE JOB AGAIN AND GIVE A NEW ESTIMATE.

Once I called, he came the same day. He did a very efficient job. If he sees something little that's not in the contract he didn't even charge me, he just fixed it and then cleaned up afterwards.

He showed up on time to quote, took his time to get all the information, and then we discussed. He told me that the very best way to go was to replace the sill, and also that there were better companies for replacing giant sills. He gave me another option. He showed up on time on the day scheduled. He finished the repair and cleaned up well. He did a good job.

He is wonderful. He always comes when he says. He is very punctual. He has good prices.

Pete was great. Not only was he on time, very polite, a wonderful communicator, and reasonably priced, he dealt with my one-year-old during all the construction like a favorite uncle. His work with wood is exceptional - he takes real pride in his craftsmanship. He understood our kitchen (having done many before; we went and saw some of his work beforehand) and our vision, and made it work. Being kicked out of our kitchen was no fun, but Pete made it all bearable. We highly recommend him for any such work.
