Top To Bottom

I received several estimates from companies, but we decided to go with Top to Bottom because they had the best price AND they are a local company. Additionally, the owner was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with him immediately. He supplied me with an estimate the same day I called. Several days later, I called to book the service (it was a Saturday). The woman who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. On Tuesday, Vince called at 7am to say his guys were coming out that day! I was caught off-guard a little bit, but thrilled to get the work done in such a timely manner. He said they would be there at 9:30am. They arrived at 9:25am, and immediately got to work. The job took 3 hours - just as Vince predicted. The guys were quiet, diligent workers. Given the nature of the wok, they cleaned up well.
I have already recommended them to two other people. They were terrific!

They were very efficient. They gave me a time and came at that time. I think their price was reasonable. The experience was very good.

This company is very reasonably priced.  I was impressed by this serviceman's knowledge of trees.  He explained information on my trees as though he truly was an arborist.  Of the three companies I called, he was the first who replied as well.  The yard looks great, it's just like the trees was never there.  I highly recommend him to others and plan to use him again.

I HAVE USED BEFORE. THEY CUT THE WOOD INTO 16 INCH LOGS AND STACKED THEM NICELY. I LEARNED YOU SHOULD SPECIFY WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTING AS FAR AS STUMP GRINDING. THEY CAN EITHER JUST GRIND THE STUMP OR THEY CAN GRIND THE STUMP AND THE ROOTS. THE CLEAN UP WAS VERY GOOD, TOO.
