MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. THEY HAD TO REDO WORK POORLY DONE BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, INCLUDING REPLACING ROTTED WOOD THE OTHER COMPANY PAINTED OVER. IT WAS NICE TO HAVE A COMPANY THAT REALLY CARED
