Dale is quick to respond to voice mail messages. Very Clean and professional. Played the piano after tuning it, which was a pleasure. Piano sounds great, and grandchildren were able to show their talents at Christmas.

Contacted Dale Work about coming to assess the piano. Stated that since he lived close to where the piano was I could simply call and he would meet me over there. Called on Monday afternoon and he promptly returned my call and left a couple of numbers where he could be reached so I could leave the house address. He arrived promptly and did his assessment and left. Have also had him tune my current piano and he is always thorough and the instrument sounds great when he's done.

Dale tuned our piano several times and each time he professionally did great work. He seems to be in good demand so not always available to answer the phone. But he takes good care of the customers. Like this time, he drove out specifically to tune only our piano. One time we missed Dale and used another person who is also rated an A on Angie's List. But the other guy spent more time talking than tuning.
