GOOD: Everything we asked was done for our home. BAD: Jack was not prepared and had to leave several times for "forgetting" to bring different tools (he charged his time for his forgetfulness). His work was shotty, leaving gaps in the trim and not aligning edges of the trim properly. Clean up was subpar, screws were left on the floor. I'm not sure if his price was fair but it seemed quite high for the lack of attention to detail. Next time, I'll just do it myself if I want it to look like that. Overall, I had higher expectations for quality.

came over in August to go over list of work...said he could do work in Sept...called him in Sept...said he would find time to do work and would call to schedule...never heard from him...hired another handyman in Oct. ...very disappointing!!!

"I explained to Ms. [Member Name Removed], at our first meeting in August, that I was extremely busy at that time with several large projects, and that I would "try" and schedule her late Sept or early Oct. As sometimes happens, the projects went much longer than anticipated. I'm still trying to catch up with July/August appointments. I'm very sorry that Ms. [Member Name Removed] was disappointed with our service."

excellent work by Mr. Jack Fox assistant Ben.  The best handyman I have ever used.  The work was professionally done.  I was more than happy with the whole project and small amount of time to complete the work.  I can't say enough about the hoppy the outcome was,  I would highly recommend Jack and Ben. The estimate was completed as given.  response was above average, actually out of 4 request Jack was the only one to return  my call and the same day.  Above all his price was more then reasonable.

We have been using him for about 8 years. He is very reliable and trustworthy. I feel comfortable with him in my house when I am not there. He can usually returns calls the same day and I find his prices to be reasonable. We really like his work.

Jack took the time to explain what he as doing. He was thorough and accommodating as was his coworker. The receipt was thoroughly itemized. He was professional and friendly.
