The Hard Body Haulers

This is, hands down, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I hired Hardbody Haulers to move my company from Lakewood Ohio to a storage place in Cleveland, Ohio on Saturday 9/28/24. They were sulky and complaining. I could deal with that. But, on the way out of the storage place (Just Storage in Lakewood, Ohio) they apparently side-swiped a car not associated with us. Just Storage contacted me asking for their info and I gave their phone number, figuring that they and the person they hit would work things out. When I asked for the receipt at Just Storage, they promised to email it me. But, when I emailed them for it, they said (and I quote) "I'll send it once I get an apology for you falsely accusing us of hitting a vehicle at the storage locker. Until then, I'm not sending anything." This is entirely unacceptable behavior. I have been in multiple email exchanges with them, to no avail. They are convinced it's my fault, and there's nothing I can do to convince them of the truth. I still do not have the receipt I need to get reimbursed from my company. Do not, under any circumstances hire this terrible company. Check out their Yelp reviews for even more awful, unprofessional behavior.

I had a great experience with the two guys who came to help me move. They were very courteous and mindful of my personal belongings. They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were also very helpful in packing up my belongings and loading them into the truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help moving.

Had schedule 2 movers to help unload a uhaul truck. Deposited $50. Movers never showed. Phoned HHC and they did not know where the movers were. They never refunded the 50$ I sent texts and made phone calls. I received snarky responses and promises. Never received my deposit. Stay far away from Hard Body Haulers.

They were late all 3 days I used them. They said they’d never packed before just loaded and it showed. They were nice guys but not very professional. They left a mess, one of the 3 was far less helpful. They argued amongst themselves taking time. They loaded inefficiently. On the 3 rd day the company sent guys they’d just found on CL

They arrived a half hour early ready to work. That was fine with me. I was ready to go. They were very polite and personable when they arrived. They hustled moving boxes, appliances, pictures, etc. non-stop. They moved so quickly and efficiently that they were almost too fast for me to keep up with. I wouldn't change a thing. If we need help in the future, I won't hesitate to hire these guys again. Thanks for making this part of our move go smoothly.

I would not recommend these movers to anyone!  My wife and I used them a couple weekends ago.  We had an appointment for 10:00 am.  However, they did not show up until after 3:00 pm which, of course, threw our move way off schedule.  We received no call that they would be late and when we called them to inquire about where they were at, the owner gave us the runaround and offered us a $40 discount.  When the movers did finally show up, they had no moving supplies with them and were not very careful with our stuff.  To add insult to injury, they did not give us the discount we were promised and have since indicated they are not going to.  These guys are SHADY and UNPROFESSIONAL!!  BEWARE!
