WHEN THEY LEFT IT WORKED FINE INITIALLY, BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN I STARTED HAVING INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS. IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS FOR THEM TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. WHEN THEY DID FINALLY CALL BACK, THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. THEY DID RETURN MY MONEY. I WOULD HAVE LIKED THEM TO COME BACK AND AT LEAST LOOK AT IT.

THE FIREPLACE THAT I PURCHASED IS STILL NOT WORKING AND IT'S BEEN 10 WEEKS AGO. THEY STILL HAVE NOT FIXED OR REPLACED IT.
