THE FINISH LINE

I had initially purchased remotes direct from the manufacturer and was told that they could be easily programmed when I received them in the mail.  However, that was not the case and after several phone calls back and forth, I was told to go to a local dealer because my car would have to be taken apart to re-program my car alarm with the remotes.  So, when I called the dealer that they recommended that I call, the dealer said that they didn't do that and referred me to Finish Line.  I spoke to "Dustin" at the store, and explained the problem.  He was incredibly nice on the phone and told me to make an appointment, gave me the cost, and not to worry, that they "could" do this.  When I went over there, Dustin was just as nice and professional in person as he was on the phone.  He assured me that they would not damage my car and within approximately 20 minutes, my car was ready to go. 
I do not have a standard alarm in my car, which makes maintenance and/or programming issues a challenge.  After this experience, I have decided that I would use them exclusively and if I buy another car, I would have them put in my new alarm.  I would strongly recommend working with Justin because he is honest and compassionate with the consumer.  Additionally, the store/shop is incredibly clean! 

Finish line does a nice job when it comes to bed liners.  They are very well priced and have a good number on bed liners in stock.  I would definitely recommend them if you need a bed liner.

They were good and honest.  If there is anything wrong, they would make it right.  Their prices were really competitive.
