Repairing our slate roof has been a challenge for us because it’s extremely difficult to find contractors that work on slate roofs. Even if you do find someone, they may not have the years of experience needed to successfully solve your problem. We have been fighting a leak around our chimney for about 2 years with numerous attempted repairs by different contractors, but Durable Slate was the only one able to solve the problem. I would recommend them to anyone and both Geoff and Aaron were great to work with.

They let me know if I have any slate that needs replacing or if there are any peaks and valleys that need repair. If there's anything that needs fixed, they do it. They're wonderful!

They are expensive. With regard to price, it hurt a lot, but it needed to be done. I know that it's done right. It's expensive but we are getting quality. I can't say it's a bargain. Their quality, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. They were there when they said they would be. When they sprayed my honey bees, I was really mad. They were being stung and they didn’t ask if they could spray the bees. It wasn’t even the honey bees that were stinging them. It was the yellow jackets; they don't know about bees.
