Melissa has done a great job so far! Very professional and through in her cleaning, she pays great attention to detail. She has been very punctual so far and has had good communications. She is very conscientious that we are happy before she leaves.

Melissa and her crew (Melissa) have been cleaning my house for a number of months now. They are very friendly, conscientious, and do a good job.

Melissa is always on time and if she is running late she will call you and let you know when to expect her. She brings another girl with her also named Melissa. So expect the two of them to clean which makes the cleaning faster and very affordable for two cleaners compared to one cleaner. They will clean your whole condo which I have or your whole house spotless. And any extra cleaning you want them to do will do it for you and not upcharge you like some other cleaning service or housecleaners will do which is good to know.

I'm not happy with them.

I found Melissa on Craigslist actually, but she responded promptly and arrived on a short notice, within 3 days and spent several hours working on our newly purchased house. Her and her team pointed out blemishes with the house as they were cleaning and did a very good job cleaning they years of hair, grease, and gunk that had accumulated from seemingly years of not cleaning. I probably could have gotten a cheaper price but for what they had to take care of I didn't mind paying the price to remove the filth.

They're wonderful. Melissa Taylor is just really thorough and very thoughtful. She looks for things to do to make sure that my house is clean. She's just really sweet and responsive.
