Good service and fair price

Service was quick and affordable.

My garage door wasn't closing, so I called Tim up and he was able to make it out the same day. He works on his own, and carries his equipment in a minivan, so I think his overhead is pretty low keeping his prices low. He had a $35 trip fee, and it was $15 for parts. Very easy to work with. He said that if I wanted a new door opener, it'd be ok for me to buy one on my own if I could get it for cheap and he would install it for me. Highly recommended!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!  His expertise is refreshing - honest and to the point.  No run-around, no lies.  He knows garage doors and openers and never oversells.   I have used him 3+ times as I am a REALTOR and know he is the garage fix-it guy.

Tim came out and the first thing he said was that the cable on the right side was ok - just off the wheel.  The bigger problem (that I did not even notice) was that the spring on the left side was snapped / broken.  He pointed out that when the spring broke, the garage door torqued and the right cable fell off.  He had a new spring in his truck, installed the spring, reattached the right cable, adjusted the spring a few times, checked the alignment, worked the door up and down, checked the safety light to make sure it was responding correctly and added a few missing bolts on a few brackets.  For $100! 
THIS IS THE GO TO GARAGE DOOR GUY.  I have used him before and will in the future. I am a REALTOR and keep great contractors on my list.  Thanks Tim.

Perfect - beyond expectations.  He came out, put on a new cable, reattached the spring and the door works great.  I called him and he came out the same day and fixed it.  Otherwise, the garage door may have stayed open for a few days if I had to wait for someone else to fix it.  Great job - will use this company in the future!

My garagae door opener made a grinding noise upon opening the door late Wednesday afternoon. Called about 4:30 - 5:00 P.M. and talked to Tim. He said he'd try to be out to fix the opener the next day, Thursday,or Friday at the latest. He called the next day, Thursday, at about 1:00 P.M. to tell me the job was done! He came when he said he would, the price was what he quoted and he had to work in some of the coldest weather we've had this winter. He left me the parts so I could see how badly damaged the part was. If you want garage door servce, Tim will do what he says, when he says he'll do it and at the quote he gives you. Thanks Tim!

THE TECH, NEIL WAS SENT THE SAME DAY I CALLED, SINCE I COULD NOT CLOSE MY DOOR,NOR OPEN IT ALL THE WAY. HE WAS THERE IN AN HOUR, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING AND WHY. OTHERS WANTED 120 DOLLARS TO COME SAME DAY.

CAME OUT IN SUB ZERO WEATHER. FIXED PROBLEM, GAVE FUTURE ADVICE AND SHOWED ME HOW TO REPAIR IT MYSELF. WILL USE AGAIN.

I CALLED TK DOOR AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT WITH AN HOUR AND 1/2 HE GAVE ME A NEW OPENER AND OILED MY HINGES-- HE WAS QUICK, EFFICIENT AND VERY KIND-- WAS DONE IN 30 MIN. MY DOOR WORKS PERFECTLY NOW-

THEY FIXED THE GARAGE DOOR. HE WAS HONEST, OTHERS TRIED TO GET HIM TO BUY MORE THAN HE NEEDED. SERVICE CALL WAS REALLY LOW COMPARED TO OTHERS.
