SERVICE AGENT ARRIVED AT AGREED APPOINTMENT TIME. HE EXAMINED THE AREA IN QUESTION AND BEGAN REPAIR WORK QUICKLY. HE TOOK GREAT CARE TO INSURE THAT WORK WOULD NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT ADJACENT LIVING AREA OF HOME, BY ASSEMBLING DUST CONTROL TENT AND LAYING DOWN FLOOR COVERING. REPAIR WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. SERVICE AGENT ALSO CALLED IN A TIMELY MANNER TO RESCHEDULE PRIOR SERVICE APPOINTMENT WHEN NECESSARY REPAIR MATERIALS WERE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME. (COMPANY IS A CERTIFIED DUPONT PRODUCTS SERVICE PROVIDER THAT ALSO HANDLES ZODIAC SOLID-SURFACE MATERIALS).
