Sure Cut Landscaping Inc.

This has been a TERRIBLE experience. I contacted them for lawn mowing and a big spring clean-up for $1,400. They never did the work, but charged me 3 times for it. Then after I cancelled the service and told Tim clearly I didn't want him to work for me, he charged me 4 more times for even more. I had to dispute those charges as well, and cancelled my credit card. This company (I was working with Tim) is a total scam as far as I can see. And they're trying to steal my money. I'm considering pressing legal charges against them.

The person was constantly texting and calling for the business. I reached out to him after we were able to afford the service. He was adamant about the pay and when I would send the money. He said he was sending the contract to our email, and we tried to get the service before the storm hit. On the next day after the storm hit, we had to reach out to him for when they were coming and kept apologizing saying that the freeways were a mess and there was a big accident on the freeway so exits were closed off. He then told me that they would be at my home between 7-8pm to have it done. I took a nap and woke around 8:45 , STILL NOTHING. I told him i needed a phone call and replied through text saying '' your driveway will be taken care of ". So now its 10pm and I told him too call me and what he did was call and hang up. So i called him back 3x and he didn't answer. He kept sending me to voicemail. So I told him send me my refund cause i have to shovel the driveway myself to get my wife out for work in the morning. He replies through text stating that he will send the morning. I asked why cant you send it now because I have someone ready and I need the money I given him since he didn't do it. NO RESPONSE!!! So morning comes around, and still no refund, he text and says I'm sending it today, I told him to send it NOW, NO RESPONSE!! So I called him and called, he finally sends a text saying he sent the refund, but I saw no activity. I told him i got nothing and of course NO RESPONSE. NOW I'm out of $100 that he scammed. If you are looking for a plow/landscaping company DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAMMER. He is a liar and will not give you any service and steals.

They instructed us to meet them at the plant place at 8am so we could get the order and they would plant them that day. We waited until 9am and they never showed. I called 4 times. They never answered. I had other companies willing to do the job that I turned down. Now I am busy the next 3 weekends and will not be able to coordinate anyone else until I am free again. They really hosed me and not answering your phone or returning a call is just unprofessional!

We had to prepay $64 for four weeks of leaf clean-up.  Two men showed up over a week later and blew leaves onto the tree lawn.  My husband had to ask them again to bag the leaves as agreed.  This was the first and last time we saw them.  The check was made out to Steve Feasel and was cashed immediately.  The phone number we were given was disconnected (440-452-1771.)

The day after they cut and trimmed the grass I noticed Tim had tore a hole in the siding in the rear of the house.  I sent Tim a picture and he assured me he would repair it when they did the mulch and edging.  There were a few weather delay but the did eventually return as planned and did the edging and mulching.  At that time Tim explained he would need to order the materials and make the repairs one the material came in. On May 13th I sent Tim a text message expressing I was dissappointed that he never showed and my siding remains un-repaired. His responce was, "I'm very sorry it will be done" and he has never shown up and my siding remains damaged.
