HAVE USED FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AND WERE PLEASED WITH CLEANING. RECENTLY, THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR AN APPT. MEMBER WAS TOLD AFTERWARDS THAT THEY DON'T WORK ON HOLIDAYS.
