I will not bring it anywhere else. Excellent service for the price. Great mechanics. Up front about what needs to be done and about what can wait. Look for coupons to use. Professional.

It is pricey. My wife prefers to go to the dealership. They always seem to find other things that need to be fixed besides the oil change. They are one of the people I am least likely to recommend.

It was free, because I’ve got part of my maintenance when I brought the car. Now I have to pay for it. They are good quality, good outfit. I used them because part of my purchase was for free maintenance for 24,000 miles.

I took my auto in after noticing a rust spot at the back joint of the car to see if this rust was pervasive and in need of attention.   I was terribly disappointed from my first call in to ask to schedule to have someone look at the rust spot.  I was left on hold for more than 7 minutes, when a very meek person did pick up.  I did not know the name of the person as she did mention her name but more concerning was she did not know the cars have warranties.  So, I phoned back.  Assistant service manager, Brad was polite and told me to bring the car in so a picture could be taken to submit to American Honda for review.  I told him I would be in on Thursday on a specific date at the time he told me they were available at 8 am.  I took my car in but no one introduced themselves to me.  They did not have the camera with a charge to take the picture so luckily the young man who opened the service garage door had an iPhone to take picture.  I learned later the service advisor was Laura Flick.  Laura advised me this was not covered before the picture was sent to American Honda.  When Brad called me to give me the outcome I shared with him I did not know the name of the person but it seemed they did not know I was coming in as the camera was not charged, the service advisor did not know I was coming and the manager, Mr. Hass who came out did not know I was coming.  When I was at the dealership I asked if I could get an estimate to have my car rust repaired if American Honda did not honor the claim they did not offer to help me.   I have purchased 4 Honda cars since 1992 from Sunnyside.  I have never had to ask for help for a warranty issue.  We did have a salesman who was not adequate and after my husband demanded a new salesperson with a check in hand for the car we got one.  I shared with Brad I felt the service at Sunnyside was not good.  He felt it was realistic service, he seems not to have knowledge of the importance of customer loyalty and to me he was generally unconcerned.  I would have wanted someone to show concern for the customer from the perspective.  I explained to him and Mr. Hass the back panel where I have rust I have noticed other Honda CRV autos with rust at the same join.   I plan to write to American Honda to share my perspective so they may fix this defect in their cars for future purchasers.  I would not return to Sunnyside Honda for service for wasting my time, lack of customer service norms such as introducing themselves, explaining things so you understand, and frankly they are just not customer focused.  Per Brad, "It does not matter that you bought 4 cars here."  So I learned that customer loyalty is not important.  He said he would give this same service to someone who purchased only one car so I felt comfort to know I was not being singled out for being a loyal customer.

I had previous paid them over $300 to fix the squeaky noise coming from the windows. I had to go back and have them fix the driver side window and they fixed it. The passenger side started to squeak again too. When I returned to the dealer ship, they refused to fix the passenger side window. They also informed me that I needed to replace the regulators but the regulators were fine. The windows just needed to be greased. I took my car to a different auto service shop and they greased my windows for free.

I was last with them a couple of months ago and I wasn't charged anything because my insurance took care of the service. They're fairly good with the work that they do.

I assisted a family member to buy a new car from Sunnyside Honda. The salesman was knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the process of buying a car.

It's easy to get an appointment. They are quick, as far as getting the work done. While I am waiting in the waiting area, they give me free drink and stuff, which is nice. I never had any major repair on my car. I just use them for oil change and tire rotation.

Because I bought my car from Sunnyside, I take it back there for service. I do think they're highly overpriced and often take too long to do the service. (This would have cost me about 1/2 the price at a place that just does oil changes and I doubt it would have taken the 3.5 hours it took at Sunnyside.) I do like that their waiting room has free Wi-Fi and snacks. It makes the long wait a bit more bearable.

The problems with this company have been ongoing since the original purchase in 2005. I recomend that anybody who reads this to stay away from this dealership as I am not the only one I know to have this experience. The following is a list of issue that I had when purchasing a new vehicle. 1. At the time of purchase and after waiting hours for the fog light to be put on, my sales person and I walked back to the service area to find that the entire car was torn apart. the entire front as well as the dash completely removed. My sales person, who left the company shortly after, yelled at the service crew and explained to them that all they needed to do was plug the fog lights into the previously wired plugs. Nothing needed to be removed. Afterward, there was about five nuts and bolts in my glove that they did not put back in. About 30 days after purchase the control unit that contains the speedometer, odometer, etc went bad and had to be replaced. 2. Leather seats were attached with electrical tape. This is no joke. The back of the passengers seat, where you would pull the leather down and clip it to the clip coming from the front leather wrapped around, had the clip sown on backwards, so it would not clip. Instead of ordering a replacement, they used black electrical tape to bind and an attempt to hide this mistake. This is a great example of how little respect they have for their customers. I took the car in 3 times to have the leather corrected and each time it came back with well over 100 miles on the car. The first time, it came back with a completely different seat than the drivers. The second time, the car came back with a big dent in the side of it. When I contronted the sales manager, he stated "we didnt do it" before he even looked at it. I got them to pay for the rapair after I identified the equipment that had obviously fell into the side of the car. The last time, I took the car in on empty to force them to pay for the gas, because of course they did not on the prior visits. 3. The CRV has some plastic that goes around the tire wells. These kept coming off about every 30 days. I had to take the car in numerous times (at least 10) to get them glued back on. Finally, ater being just soo tired of dealing with these, I pressed them to do it right. The got honda involved and after 6 months of deliberating, they decided they would not do anything further. They paid me a small amount of money ($200) . I went to a Honda dealership in Toledo and they glued them on. Its been over 3 years with no issue. 4. The heating unit for the leather seats were placed right on top of a sign that says "do not cover or place any heating unit on this control unit". This caused the seat belt control unit to go bad. Sunny Side said this was not covered and they would not fix it. By now I had begun using the Honda dealership in Toledo and this is where the car was when it was discovered that the leather seat heating unit was placed in a location that could have set the car on fire. After a write up and submission to Honda by the Service Manager from Toledo, Sunny Side took care of it. This is not all of the issues I had with Sunny Side. From not being given a loaner car when I had to leave the car with them, to the arguments with the service managers. I left a very bad review for the service department and I think it effected the service managers bonus, because he called me and basically yelled at me to recant my review. I did not and he made it clear that I do not want to take my car back in there. I have not.

They are excellent. They are higher priced, but I think it is worth it. I have a warranty, so I don't have to pay. I know when I go in here, it is going to be done right.
