Very smooth and extremely quick. Came out same day and replaced the hot water heater and took the old one away.

Steve Laccheo always does good work, and is reasonable. My neighbors too have used him for a number of emergencies. He can come out at the last minute, even on holidays. He is very good when it comes to doing last minute repairs.
