They did fine and that's all I can I say about them. The carpet is fine.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company, and will use them again in the future. They are punctual, easy to work with, and do an outstanding job for a very reasonable cost.

I called Steamaction to clean my two carpets due to stains from pets and kids. I received a quote over the phone. The cleaners came over as scheduled and on time. They helped me move the furniture that I could not move myself. They worked very hard cleaning my two carpets that I thought for sure would never come clean! They were courteous, professional, and hardworking. They did an excellent job. My carpets actually looked brand new and they still do! They also charged the same amount as they quoted. The quote was very reasonable. I would definately hire them again, and I would definately recommend them to other people.

Very impressed with their work. Did a great job in a timely fashion. On time, professional, and far, far better than the so called bargain carpet cleaner that I used at a different property earlier in the month. I was conducting a comparison and my results were clear - SteamAction has a great operation with great attitude.

I called Steamaction Clean because of the Angies List Big Deal promotion (we had been planning to have the carpets cleaned, and the promotion was timely for us). Scheduled the service well in advance (a little too far in advance, it turned out, since they forgot about the appointment until I called when they didn't show up at the appointed time. It was a bit frustrating since we had cleared the area in preparation for the cleaning, and rescheduling meant we had to do it all over again. However, George, who answered the call both times, apologized several times for the lapse, and it it was clear his explanation was very legitimate). They more than made up for the minor mix-up of the appointment by rescheduling it promptly according to my convenience, throwing in some extras (stain protection, if I recall right) and doing a thorough job of cleaning. We were very pleased with the result; they had removed all the stains etc. They also accepted the check I had already written (prior to their arrival) as payment in full, even though the initially quoted amount apparently did not include taxes. We will definitely hire Steamaction clean again for our carpet cleaning needs.

He responded to my call within hours and gave me an estimate over the phone. I told him he could revise the estimate once he got here because our rooms are pretty large. He showed up and refused to increase his price even though he totally could have! He honored his original estimate and went to work with equipment which appeared to be in good working order and clean. The carpets looked and smelled great!

The two men that came over to do the work, were very punctual, courteous, explained the process before during and after. Great job....we definitely would hire them again in the future. Carpet turned out beautiful.

Fast, efficient service and best part is they use "green clean" environmentally friendly cleaner. There was no unpleasant odor.

This service was provided under the Angie's List Big Deal offerings. Excellent service and performance. One of the owners called me back within an hour of my leaving a message to set up an appointment. They were able to set up an appointment within the same week. The other owner showed up exactly on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again!

This was a special that's Agnie's list was running with Steamaction. The deal was 3 rooms and a hallway. I called and they called back immediately and we set-up cleaning to be done about a week later. They arrived at the appointed time and began work immediately. We agreed to extra charges for the steps, Beside the cleaning, they also did some repair work ( a seam that was separating and a area where the carpet had strecthed out). We paid extra for this work also, but they took their time and got it right. Our carpeting is old and had not been cleaned in a long time. They cleaned up the high traffic areas quite well and removed several spots that had been in the carpeting for a long time. We were very pleased with cleaning and repair work, and felt they were well worth the price paid. I would recommend to others and have already done so with a family member.

It went very well. Very nice young man. I would suggest specifying where you would like them to clean, I forgot to ask him to do under some of my furniture.

They had bad equipment. We spent about $100. They did a neat job. They were very responsive. They were here a couple of minutes ahead of time. I think they did very well all the way through. We will use them again in the future if there is a need.

I am really estimating this date but is has been within the last 2-3 months since the carpets were cleaned. They arrived on time and were professional and friendly. I vacuumed prior to their cleaning and they told me that I didn't need to because their system vacuums and cleans. They pretreated problem areas (my senior dog had a urine accident and vomited). Both areas were odor and stain free. The carpets were cleaned within 45 minutes and they had me check them prior to packing up. They pointed out the dog accident areas and made sure I was happy with them. The carpets looked great, were very clean, and dried within the day. The owner and another person did the job and both were wearing polo shirts with company logos. Will definitely use them again. Very reasonable pricing.

The company arrived on time and placed corner guards on the walls. They did not vacuum the carpets before beginning, but did some pretreating. They worked quickly and were done in about an hour. The carpets were dry in about a half-a-day. I had them come out a second time since the living room and hallway shag carpet still had a dog odor. They came out to do the second cleaning with no additional cost. The dog smell did not come out after the second cleaning and their opinion was that it must be in the padding. All of the other non-shag areas came out perfectly with no residual dog odor, I think the shag carpet is the problem, not the company. I would like to see them have a uniform, or badges to make them have a more professional 'look,' but I have no other complaints. The estimate was their actual charge, so no hidden costs or sales pitches for "add on" services. They use 'green' cleaning products and I would have them out again.

The job turned out extremely well. Well worth the money. George is knowledgeable, confident honest, dependable and eager to do a good job. You absolutely can't go wrong with him. See above for a desciption of the work.

George, one of the owners, and his partner showed up on time and did an excellent job paying attention to stained areas and carefully moved the furniture. The price was excellent even with the small extra fee for using "Green" products. I also used the AL 10% coupon. I have had similar carpet cleaned by a more expensive large area company and the results were the same. He also left me with a 10% coupon that I can use every time I call them for a job. George explained that SteamAction Clean is a small professional carpet cleaning service (they use industry standard truck mounted equipment) started by himself and his cousin after working for several years cleaning carpet for a larger company. I think they are a wise choice for great service at a very reasonable price!

They were able to come out within a couple of hours the fist day. They were very professional and thorough. I asked them to go over a couple of spots again, which they did with no problem. They did a great job. I was really really surprised at how professional they were.
