Home Security System Service, Home Automation Service
The Sales Rep, Jim Bartholomew is very professional and responsive to my needs. No aggressive security sales pitch. The Account Rep, Brenda Dull, is a great communicator and pulled together the installation, configuration, and account billing setup. The Technicians are very knowledgeable and worked with me on the installation and configuration and trained me on how to use all the features. All in all the new system is much easier to use and has so much more value for the price.

Home Security System Service
MEMBER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HER ALARM AND THEY WOULDN'T COME OUT FOR 3 WEEKS. WERE LATE COMING OUT, HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK. LEFT THE SERVICE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER BECAUSE THEY HAD BAD SERVICE/ WERE NOT PROMPT.
